Where has this year gone?!? It feels like it was just yesterday that we were celebrating the New Year with the launch of our redesigned website and brand new blog, Fox Tales.
Now, here we are almost one year, ninety six blog posts, twenty-five completed design projects, hundreds of Fox Finds, a recently launched webstore, and a new office later, looking back at what a great year 2018 was and looking forward to all that 2019 has in store.
To send off 2018 we're flashing back to some of our most popular blog posts from the last year. Check them out and let us know what your very favorite Fox Tales post was. You just might get a little thank you gift for commenting on the post or social media!

Our second blog series from way back in February in which we focused on creating the perfect modern farmhouse aesthetic still holds three spots in our top twenty most popular blog posts. It's easy to see why. The modern farmhouse style creates a calming, livable space that is family friendly while still feeling polished. It's also one of Laura's personal favorite design styles.

Everybody loves a good before and after. Nothing made that fact more clear than the immense popularity of the grand reveal before & after of our #worldtraveler project (check out the new collection on Fox Finds!) which held the title of most popular Fox Tales post for over two months until it was decidedly unseated by this next series.

Our most popular Fox Tales series by a long shot was the Shop Local series with all three posts falling in the top 10 and the Virginia and Maryland posts taking over the one and two spots from the #worldtraveler and #urbanfarmhouse posts. Keep getting out there and supporting all of these amazing local businesses, everyone!
Rounding out our most popular Fox Tales posts was the exciting announcement of the launch of our Fox Finds webstore. This webstore had been a brainchild of Laura's for quite some time and seeing it come to life was definitely one of the highlights of the year for everyone on Team LFID.
Thank you so much to all of our vendors, clients, contractors, subcontractors, friends and family who have made this year one to remember. We are so looking forward to making 2019 just as incredible alongside all of you!
